Mothers Day
Mothers day, here in Brazil! Taking a little break on work and travel with my mother to my parents’s smalltown. Always cool too see good part of the family. Cousins, Unles, auts and my 86 years old warrior-grandmother! Congratulations to you, and to all mothers!
And after the celebrations… back to home!
Iron Man
Robert Downey Jr. gives soul and authenticity to the character Tony Stark. It’s impossible don’t see parallels in both (actor and character). Both prodigals talents in their areas, successful, and falling some moment in the extreme difficulty and bad moments in their personal lives.
Jon Favreau really surprise me to direct with competence a action movie, in special, an comics action-hero movie, not using supposed stereotyped comics-to-movies scenes (What many new directors who work whi this kind of movies using so wrong).
And, no doubt, this movie was a great point marked to Marvel (the investment on this film has already been paid in the first weekend of exhibition around the world).
That makes me think … as would have been Spider-Man 3 in the hands of Marvel Films? And Daredevil? And X-Men? And the Fantastic Four?
Oh, yes, the always-good advice: DO NOT LEAVE THE THEATRE UNTIL THE END OF THE CREDITS! You will have a “supreme” surprise.

O filme do Homem de Ferro. Sim, eu vi!
Robert Downey Jr. dá alma e autenticidade ao personagem Tony Stark. É impossível não ver em ambos os paralelos (ator e personagem). Transgressores talentosos em suas áreas, bem sucedidos, e que chegaram ao extremo nas dificuldade de suas vidas pessoais.
Jon Favreau supreendeu-me, muito competente em conduzir uma história de ação, e em especial uma adaptação de heroi de ação dos quadrinhos, não vincular-se a supostos clichês de hqs (o que muitos diretores acabam usando de forma errada).
E, sem dúvida foi um grande ponto marcado para a Marvel (o investimento no filme ja foi pago no fim de semana de estréia pelo mundo)!
Isso me faz pensar … como teria sido Spider-Man 3 nas mãos da Marvel Films? E Daredevil? E X-Men? E-o Quarteto Fantástico?
Ah, sim, e o aviso de sempre: Não deixe a sala de projeção até ao final do créditos Você terá uma surpresa “suprema”.
